Christine Allenby is an experienced and multifaceted professional with over thirty years’ experience specializing in organizational leadership, strategic planning and financial management. Christine’s expertise includes project management, stakeholder engagement, public affairs, government relations, strategic communications, and human resources.

As Director of Operations at the Ontario Construction Secretariat, Christine is responsible for the day-to-day operations and provides strategic leadership in the development and implementation of a wide variety of OCS projects and events in support of Ontario’s unionized construction industry.

Prior to joining the OCS, Christine worked in the private and public sectors where she brings a strong understanding of the legislative, policy and political process of all levels of government.
