Warren Wilson has been a management consultant for over 25 years following positions he held in the financial-services sector. He is a consummate professional whose proven skills in process facilitation, negotiation and consultation have helped numerous clients identify, clarify and achieve their organizational objectives.

Warren has worked in a wide variety of sectors including the environment, agriculture, construction and health care. He has led numerous senior management and executive level teams in a wide range of organizational development interventions including strategic-planning, multi-stakeholder consultations in support of policy development, conflict resolution and leadership development. In addition to his project work across Canada, he has significant International experience leading and working with Teams in the US, Europe, South America, and Africa.

Warren has done extensive work with the unionized construction sector across Canada – working with Contractors, Unions and Owner groups.

Warren received his Bachelor of Science (Agriculture) from the University of Guelph, and is certified in mediation and conflict resolution by CDR Associates. He is also a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF).
