With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Dean is an enthusiastic, innovative, and tenacious construction leader, having built his well-earned reputation throughout the industry for his strong work-ethic, personal accountability, collaborative approach, and problem-solving skills. For him, his dedication in construction is more than building facilities; it’s driven by not only building legacy facilities but also enriching communities and to the people that live in them.

Dean combines his technical, business, and management skills to provide clients with strong leadership on their projects. He pursued a career in construction management to connect everything he was passionate about: engineering and design, innovation, collaboration, and building meaningful and sustainable projects and relationships for years to come. Having worked on some of Eastern’s landmark projects, Dean’s leadership expands across Eastern’s core markets, and across the Greater Golden Horseshoe area, including construction in mixed-use, mass timber / low carbon facilities, commercial office and retail, and institutional developments.

Dean is passionate about growing and mentoring his teams, he builds trust and authentic relationships as he empowers people to find success in their roles. Dean attended Fanshawe College and holds an advanced diploma in Civil Engineering Technology, he has also obtained his Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Management both from Lakehead University.
