Julie Zulich is the Owner and CEO of TESC Contracting, a leading construction services company in Northern Ontario. She has over 20 years of industry experience and has played a key role in TESC’s growth, focusing on talent development, innovation, and profitability.

Julie has a background in business, with a Commerce degree from Laurentian University and multiple leadership certifications. She actively supports diversity and inclusion in the trades and serves on various industry and community boards, including the Women in Mechanical Construction, the Mechanical Contractors Association of Canada, and the Kivi Park Community Foundation.
