What is the OCS Labour Relations Forum?

Designed as a working retreat, the goal of the Labour Relations Forum is to foster and build relationships between labour and management, inspire leadership to think big and bold, and to identify industry solutions to enhance our industry.

This forum provides an opportunity for labour-management leaders to openly discuss how we can enhance the bargaining process, work towards growing market share, and continue to deliver high-quality construction projects safely, on-time and on-budget.

We encourage you to bring along your partner/spouse as we have planned several entertaining social events. This includes a unique experience at the Wayne Gretzky Estates and a night of country elegance and farm-to-table flavours at the Pillar and Post.
