The 2022 round of collective bargaining in the ICI sector was a challenging one for many. Panelist will revisit the 2022 round and assess what worked well, what didn’t, and provide insights on pivotal lessons we should take away from that experience. Were the challenges unique to the post-pandemic economic environment or were they a harbinger of things to come. Finally, the panel will speak to the future and identify how they will approach the 2025 round of bargaining that will lead to positive outcomes for labour, management and the industry as a whole.
